Delivery of the Chiltern Railways franchise commitment to install bar code readers, capable of reading on-line purchased paper and mobile phone bar code tickets at 6 stations.
Support was provided to determine the specification for the solution, determine and secure the internal budget, negotiate the contract and work with the nominated supplier and stakeholders through concept development, surveys, system and hardware design, workshop testing, installation and commissioning.
