An additional 80 spaces were provided adjacent to the station. 23 of these were provided on Network Rail land by moving the existing maintenance compound to vacant land. 57 were provided on nearby Warwickshire District Council land.

The scope of work included civil construction, lighting, signage, fencing, barriers and landscaping.

Project Management responsibility covered lease negotiations, design, planning permission, Landlord’s Consent, Station Change, procurement of Principle Contractor and contract administration to ensure the spaces were provided on time and under budget.
