Right Results Project Management founder; Mark Cockerill, has ten years experience of delivering waste and clean water treatment plant new build and refurbishment projects under Design and Build, construction and supply only contracts. This experience embraces Joint Ventures, Principal Contractor turnkey and sub-contractor contracts to deliver all civils and M&E plant required.

As Project Manager, responsibility included the management of a multi-disciplined project team comprising Process Engineers, Designers, M&E Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and Commissioning staff to scope, plan, develop and deliver a portfolio of projects safely, on time, to budget, and to the appropriate quality to satisfy the clients and other stakeholders.

Training courses include safety awareness, construction supervision, risk assessments and Method Statements, Confined Spaces, Fire Risk Assessment, environmental awareness, Site Waste Management Regulations, CDM Regulations, Risk Assessments, COSHH and Working at Heights.

  • Preparation of the contract programme, monitoring progress and reporting
  • Organising and supervising the design process
  • Production of technical documentation to the clients satisfaction
  • Preparation of sub-contract and purchase order documentation
  • Contract management
  • Liaison and interface with the client
  • Production, review and authorisation of payment applications
  • Preparation of internal and external monthly progress reports, including interim and end of year financial forecasts
