Description: Access for All (AfA) footbridge and Lifts

Detail: The project consists of a new Equality Act compliant footbridge and lifts between platforms to replace the existing staff assisted barrow crossing located at the far end of the platforms. The full scheme includes power supply upgrade, lighting, CCTV, comms, lighting and re-location of existing platform furniture.

Support is currently being provided on the GRIP 1 to 3 Option Selection Study including full surveys, stakeholder management, Agreement of commercial documents with Network Rail, Risk analysis, obtaining Planning Permission, and engagement of the GRIP 4 to 8 Principal Contractor.
